6.1. Workshop summary
What are the results of the stakeholder workshop from the project manager’s perspective? This is done by making a summary of the issues discussed at the workshop, the options suggested and the results of the voting concerning the options. The summary is based on the ’workshop report’ and the consultant’s observations at the workshop.
Role of the workshop summary in the wider ESTEEM process | The summary helps the consultant and the project manager take on board the main lessons of the workshop (step 5.2). What is the stakeholder acceptance of the different solution /options. It is used as an input for the acceptance-feasibility table, and ultimately, for making recommendations. |
